On November 27, the “Puebla 2013″ World Taekwondo Championship Organizing Committee and the WTF, through Dr. Chungwon Choue, will sign the final agreement stating the details to carry out the event.

World Taekwondo Day Promotes Taekwondo Paralympic Inclusion
