U.S. Poomsae Team Readies for World Championships

The 2010 U.S. National Poomsae Team is ready to depart to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, for the 5th WTF World Poomsae Championships. The three-day event will take place Oct. 8-11, with projected participation of over 500 competitors from 61 countries.

International Exchange Camp

USA Taekwondo is hosting an International Exchange Camp at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center from Sept. 14-19. Participants include the 2010 U.S. U-24 National Team, 2010 U.S. Junior National Team and 29 athletes from the Baja Mexico State Team.
