Due to the global crisis caused by COVID-19, World Taekwondo Europe in partnership with MasTKD.com has decided to gather a group of athletes with great results worldwide to share with Taekwondo practitioners worldwide who are in home, some of the knowledge acquired during his sports career.

The debut came with Belgian athlete Jaouad Achab World and European Champion who gave some tips for developing technical skills. Here the video.
