International - 2020/04/25 - The event to be held live streamed on MasTKD social media channels from May 4 to 10, has already the designated Poomsae for every division. Besides that you will find a Poomsae competition guideline.

 

Here you will find the designated Poomsae for the 1st Online Daedo Open European Championships, that will be celebrated thanks to the partnership between World Taekwondo Europe, Daedo and MasTKD.com.
