The President of the Russian Taekwondo Union Anatoly Terekhov has invited European athletes to join the 1st European Senior Taekwondo Championships Olympic Weight categories which will be held in Nalchik, Russia, on March 26-29, 2015. An event ranked as G-1.
The Sport hall “Universalny”, the official venue, will gather the athletes who will seek to earn ranking points before this year´s big appointment: the European Games to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan next June.
For this event, each National Association Member will be allowed to bring two athletes per weight category, while Russia, being host, will be allowed to present three athletes in each category.
The event will feature Daedo protector scoring system, including the electronic headgears, which will be provided by the organizing committee. Additionally, the organization made a reminder that all coaches and trainers must be holders of the ETU License (granted by the ETU Coaches Seminars).
The organizing committee hopes to receive a maximum of 1500 athletes who will fight looking to score points to get the qualification for the first multisport event in the continent.
