Farzan Ashourzadeh and Mahdi Khodabakhshi from Iran won two gold medals in the 42nd Lotto Dutch Open Taekwondo Championships 2015 on Saturday.

Ashourzadeh beat Nutthawee Klompong from Thailand 2-0 in the final match of the Seniors Male A -58kg.

Briton Feyi Pearce and Rui Braganca from Portugal finished in third place.

In the Seniors Male A -87kg, Khodabakhshi took the gold medal after his countryman Omid Amidi withdrew from the final because of injury.

The bronze medal went to Turkey’s Muhammet Talha Sari and Marc-Andre Bergeron from Canada.

Kimia Alizadeh Zenoorin from Iran lost to Olympic champion Jade Jones 4-3 in the final match of the Seniors Female A -57kg and won a silver medal.

Croatian Martina Zubcic and Daria Zhuravelva from Russia won the bronze medal.
