After a long journey, masTaekwondo.com arrived at the host hotel where the Extraordinary WTF Council Meeting will take place.  A surprising message from the Prince of the Kingdom of Bhutan was published in the airline magazine and Members read it even before arriving to this Asian country:

 

“We welcome all WTF Council Members to our beautiful and unique country. This year is very special for us as we celebrate the 60th anniversary of the fourth Druk Gyalpo. In gratitude, the Bhutanese Taekwondo Federation organized the extraordinary WTF Council Meeting on the occasion of  fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck. We ask all Bhutanese citizens to join our prayer for long life and happiness of His Majesty the King.”said the Prince Jigyel Ugyen Wangchuck in the message.

 

 

 

With a traditional white scarf, the Hotel Terma Linca Resort & Spa welcomed each Council Member; later, a special lunch was given to the members who had already checked in, expecting the arrival of the rest and Dr. Choue, President of the WTF.

To end the day a welcome dinner was be offered by the president of the Federation of Bhutanese Taekowndo, Dasho Chhewang Rinzin.
