The action will take place in the Sarhadchi Sports and Olympic Complex in 16 world divisions (eight male and eight female).

The ETU Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 30 at the Kempinski Hotel Badamdar and the Technical Meeting, training of international referees and draws will be held at the Qafqaz Point Hotel, where later in the evening the opening ceremony will also take place.
