Mr. Ade Lukman , Director of the Organizing Committee of the 8th WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championships, masTaekwondo.com spoke exclusively to him and mentioned they are happy and 100 % prepared for this championships: ” It is a great honor for Indonesia to host this great event. It is the first time for Indonesia to host a WTF World Championship and we hope that everything will be ok. We also hope that all participants will enjoy their stay in Bali”. Approximately 170 athletes and 160 officials are already registered. A total of 51 countries will be participating in this event.
“We hope that after organizing this event, Indonesia will be able to host other major WTF championships, since that’s a great way to promote Taekwondo in this country, we have about a million practitioners around the nation, and hope that with this event, more children will come to practice Taekwondo.”
