Maria Borello expresses her satisfaction for the unique candidacy for the WTF Presidency

Just after the news has been made public, masTaekwondo.com got in touch with Ms. María Borello, President of the Guatemalan Taekwondo Federation and for nearly two decades a WTF Council Member, a position from which she has put in the service of the Institution all her experience and technical capacity, honoring the image of women through her hard work for the benefit of the development of our sport.

Borello informed masTaekwondo.com that she sent a letter directly to Chungwon Choue this morning which in its opening paragraph says: “What a pleasant wakening this dawn in Guatemala when I heard that you, Dr. Choue, will be the only candidate for the presidency our Federation…”

This news was announced on Friday July 5 and would confirm the permanence of the current president for the 2013-2017 term.
