The Mexican National Team started with an excellent result at the US Taekwondo Open, taking place at the Hotel Casino in Las Vegas Nevada, where nearly 2,000 athletes are competing.

“Tuesday was a long day, more than 12 hours of action on the mat, where Mexican Poomsae athletes got significant victories, highlighting the two gold medals won by Ollin Medina, from Veracruz” , said  Mr. Juan Manuel Lopez Delgado President of the Mexican Taekwondo Federation who is  the Head of the Azteca delegation.

Ollin-MedinaPoomsae competition results held on Tuesday are the following:

 

Individual Junior: Daniela Rodríguez (Gold)

Individual Senior: Ollin Medina (Gold) y Vaslav Ayala (Silver)

Pairs: Ollin Medina y Vaslav Ayala (Gold), Daniela Rodríguez y Juan Jesús Sifuentes (Silver)

Third: Ernesto Santerbas, Vaslav Ayala y Gerardo García (Bronze)
