The Deutsche Taekwondo Union e.V. together with Bayerische Taekwondo Union e.V. are promoting and organizing the German Open Poomsae 2013 which will be held in the Saturn–Arena in Ingolstadt, Germany on February 2, 2013. 
This ETU A-Class Tournament is valid for athletes holding a DTU membership and participants from foreign countries would need a membership from their national federation or the WTF-membership card. The qualification must be 1st. Dan or higher. Additionally, WTF and DTU competition rules will be applied, with some variations which will be announced at due time.
