The purpose of the camp is to expose athletes to the National Team structure prior to international competition, as well as the international scene in a training environment which provides a number of good match opportunities. The camp also gives athletes and National Team coaches an opportunity to get to know each other and improve on international relations.

National Team coaches at the camp include Juan Moreno, Russell Beneby, Christina Bayley, David Bartlett and Sherman Nelson.
